Crock pot Ribs
Here is another rib recipe! Melissa (my sis-in-law) gave this one to me and it is great. I love it.
This recipe is way super easy compared to Kansas City Ribs.
Now use your imagination- you see a crock pot on the counter, so you go over and lift the lid a sweet smell rises and you breath in deeply. mmmmm…. You look in and see a big ‘ol mess of juicy meaty ribs and thick red sauce covering everything. You want to stick in your little wee finger for a quick taste but are caught red handed in the act. You quickly set the lid back on the crock pot and slowly back away resisting the urge! Now you have to wait.

3 1/2 lbs of ribs
1/4c brown sugar
1/2tsp garlic salt
1. rub ribs with sugar, salt, and pepper
2. pour cola in the bottom of pot, add the ribs
3. cook for 8 hours on low, pour out liquid
4. add bbq sauce, cook for 1 hour more
