The trampoline

We went up for supper the other nite to Joel’s sisters and family’s house.  They just got a trampoline for the kids.  When we were telling the boys about it on the way up to Assinaboia, you could see on Kai’s face that he had absolutely no clue what we were talking about!  You could see his wheels turning in his head trying to figure it out, he came up with a bed because right now he is into jumping on his bed much to me telling him not to.   It is so cool watching them learn about something new, trying to imagine it, trying to figure it out.  Growing, learning… getting older and smarter.

We thought they would love it 1st time on it but both of them were not quite sure.  Kai later next turn was all over it with his cousins but i kinda think Cash is a wee bit to young for it.  As he mostly crawled when he was on it.

I love the look on Kai’s face, so much joy and happyness.  Sometimes it just makes my heart melt.

Finally Cash was able to go by himself and he enjoyed it way more.  It was so cute he just ran circles and jumped once, but he was all smiles!! hehe

I think next year we will put one up then they will enjoy it more.  And i can put off mowing around it for another year!

didn’t you guys have one in the ground WAY back before anyone had a trampoline? Why do I seem to remember that…maybe it was just some family gathering we were both at.

anyways, looks like your boys are having fun!

So cute! Ellie tried out a trampoline for the first time yesterday at our church picnic, and she absolutely loved it! She wasn’t afraid at all, even when some older kids started jumping on it with her.
